Kyle Woodbine and his family have been involved in the real estate industry since 1978. 

Kyle is the Principal of Ray White Wynnum/Manly and with his 34 years experience with the Ray White Group his commitment and knowledge of the Bayside is extensive and has earnt him respect within the industry largely due to his honesty and integrity. 

He has always been a high achiever accumulating numerous awards over the years including the Alan White Elite Performers Club year after year. His enormous data base of past and present clients is attributed to the successful outcome of real estate transactions of which there have been thousands and just recently securing the buyer for the highest price ever for an individual residential property in Wynnum/Manly.
